Hyuuga Himeko is a woman possessed by order. Ever since she was placed as the head of the Hyuuga, she has done anything in her power to put it under excessive order. When she then later founded the village of Taiyougakure, she made sure everything was planned before it was built, in order to avoid randomness in her design. While a mother, she is not caring, looking at her child simply as her successor, someone she has to make worthy of the position.

Towards others she is harsh and direct, strict and stoic. A woman proud of her own accomplishments, she often looks down on those who have, in her eyes, done less with their life. In battle, she is calm, collected, and utterly ruthless.

Hyuuga Himeko stands at 5'8" and is of a slim, athletic and highly flexible build. Her skin is pale in complexion, and she looks far younger than she actually is. Her hair, black and silk-like, is loose and reaches her lower back, while framing her face as well. She proudly shows her forehead, as a symbol of her place as a Souke member of the Hyuuga Clan. She almost always has a bit of red lipstick on the middle of her lower lip.

Clothing wise, she is usually seen wearing a white Qipao with the Hakke on the back. She keeps her breasts strapped in with bandages to not get in the way of movement, and carries a shuriken holster on her right thigh, as well as a supply pouch on her lower back. She usually wears slighly modified lotus shoes on her feet. When battle is not expected, she often wears an elaborate headdress with the Taiyougakure symbol on the center.

The Juuken Ryuu is based on palm strikes and generally aims to damage the body's Keirakukei, thus creating difficulty by inhibiting an opponent's use of chakra. To do this, the user will forcefully insert a small amount of their own chakra into an opponent's chakra pathway system. The chakra can then be used to rupture or divert chakra flow, preventing them from using jutsu. Any chakra-based substance can also be destroyed by putting chakra in it with his Juuken. This is done by using the Tenketsu in one's hands to reform chakra into a needle-like shape to cut through chakra.It can also be used to attack the opponent's internal organs, to which the chakra pathway system is closely tied. Even the slightest tap from this style can cause major damage, hence the name "gentle fist." Because the chakra pathway system is invisible, the Byakugan is required for this style to be used effectively.

This technique is similar in practice to Hakkshou Kaiten , but has a specific target rather than a general area. To perform it, the user precisely pinpoints the enemy's vital points with the Byakugan and releases a high-speed palm thrust. A "vacuum shell" compressed using the Juuken is formed to violently push the opponent away.

This jutsu utilizes the chakra control gained through Juuken training to release a huge amount of chakra from all of the user's Tenketsu. The released chakra blocks any possible attack on the user. The user then spins rapidly to parry the attack, both creating a rotating shield of chakra around themselves and tossing away any nearby attackers. The user can also actively control the size and power of the sphere to suit the situation. This jutsu is only effective when rotating, since the chakra itself is not enough to stop a physical attack. If they cannot rotate, the user becomes vulnerable.

Name: Hakke Rokujuuyon Shou - Eight Trigrams Sixty-four Palms

The Hakke Rokujuuyon shou is a maneuver of the Jyuuken fighting style. This technique is used to close off the flow of chakra through sixty-four Tenketsu of an opponent's Keirakukei. This eliminates their ability to use chakra for quite some time and makes it difficult for them to move.

Once someone is within range of users "field of divination", they assume a technique-specific stance and begins to deliver the attack:

First, two consecutive strikes to make two.
Second, another two consecutive strikes to make four.
Third, four consecutive strikes to make eight.
Fourth, eight consecutive strikes to make sixteen.
Fifth, sixteen consecutive strikes to make thirty two.
Sixth, another thirty two consecutive strikes in succession to make a total of sixty four strikes.
Each set of strikes is done at an exponentially increasing pace and strength. The attack not only disables the enemy but also knocks them back with every set of strikes.

Using their ability to expel chakra from every chakra point on their body, the user can hit their opponent with a blast of chakra that will send them flying away from the user, while being capable of dealing incredible amounts of damage.

The strong winds generated additionally suck in anyone getting too close, before cutting them up badly.

Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu - Body Replacement Technique

This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach the moment an attack hits. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. The user can then use this confusion to escape or launch a counter-attack. Exploding tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise. Basically all ninja know this technique.

Name: Bunshin no Jutsu - Clone Technique

This technique creates intangible copies of the user. The clones are simply illusions and will dissipate when they come into contact with something. The illusions can be seen through by the Byakugan and the Sharingan. A person with normal eyes can also distinguish the clones from the original, since the clones will not disrupt the area around themselves with their movement (won't kick up dust, crush grass, etc.).

This puts much mental strain on an inexperienced ninja.The transformation would be dispelled when the user is injured or hit.

Similar to the Bunshin no Jutsu , this jutsu creates clones of the user. But unlike the Clone Technique, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing jutsu on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. They can also disperse on their own. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original.

Unlike other clone techniques, they can't be detected by the Byakugan because the clones have the exact same amount of chakra and aren't made from any other substance, making them indistinguishable from the actual person.

The Rasengan does not require any hand seals to use, relying only on the chakra control of the user. Once it is complete, it becomes self-sustaining. This medical technique forms one's chakra into a small, sharp blade. This can then be used for highly accurate incisions necessary for surgeries and anatomical dissections. Unlike regular scalpels, the chakra scalpel can make cuts inside the body without actually creating an open wound, limiting the risks of an infection.

The chakra scalpel can also be used offensively, although it requires great precision to be effective. Because of this requirement, using the chakra scalpel offensively is highly unusual. In heated combat, even the greatest medical-nin won't be able to exert the precision needed to make fatal cuts, but it can still effectively cut muscle tissues and tendons, rendering the target immobile.
